The Pendleton Rail Trail follows the old Erie RR Northeast, from Pendleton to Lockport, where it continues as the Lockport Rail Trail. For more information visit; PENDLETON RAIL TRAIL & LOCKPORT RAIL TRAIL .

Starting from the Townline Road parking lot in Hoffman/Pendleton [Southern End]; I have not checked out this section. The paved Pendleton Rail Trail travels Northeast, through woods and farmland before crossing Killian Rd at 1.1 miles. The old rail bed continues Northeast, as a hard packed dirt surface (avoid after heavy rains) along an open forested corridor before crossing Meyer Road at 1.8 miles where you'll find a parking lot. The trail is paved again. Cross Campbell Blvd, at 3.7 miles in Pendleton Center. This was the site of the old Pendleton RR Station. Parking lot located at Pendleton Park. Sports fields, sports courts and playground. Cross Feigle Rd where the trail follows the power line corridor. Cross Mapleton Rd, followed by Lockport Rd at 6.2 miles. Small parking area

Note; You can access the Erie Canalway Trail; Rochester-Buffalo by heading right, East, on-road 0.7 miles (wide shoulder) along Lockport Rd, crossing over the Erie Canal to Robinson Rd. Here, the paved Erie Canalway Trail; Rochester-Buffalo , crosses the road. E Canal Road parking lot located here.

Cross Lockport Rd into the Town of Lockport where the paved Lockport Rail Trail continues Northeast, crossing Murphy Rd at 6.7 miles. It then continues another 0.5 miles, ending at the City of Lockport line after 7.2 miles.

Not sure if the trail will be extended another 0.3 miles to Hinman Rd.
