Option 2: Travel South through River Road Park along the gravel park road out the entrance where you'll pick up the paved River Road Park to Burnt Mills Park Trail. The trail heads out to Route 202 and travels south crossing over the North Branch Raritan River where it heads into the woods. The trail winds through open woods with a slight uphill grade crossing a couple of small bridges. Come to Burnt Mill Park after 1.3 miles where you'll find picnic tables, a pavilion, sports fields, Dog Park and a Porto-potty.

Options 3 & 4: From River Road Park cross the pedestrian Bridge over ATT Way, then underneath Route 202 to an intersection after 0.2 miles. Here the Bedminster Hike-Bike Trail travels both north and south.

Heading North; The Bedminster Hike-Bike Trail follows the North Branch Raritan River underneath AT&T Way and into the woods passing by a pond on your left. Cross a small stream and come to Miller Lane Park. Sports fields, playground and Porto-potty. Back into the woods and the trail comes to Bedminster Township School after 1.1 miles.
